Dr. Richard 'Dick' Toohey, acting vice president for University Partnerships at Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU), has been confirmed as a member of the board of directors of the National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements (NCRP), a group of 100 leading scientists.
