I have a food allergy, how can I ensure my dietary needs are met?

When you register to attend the annual meeting, we will ask you to share with us any special accommodations (such as food allergies, dietary restrictions or other restriction) that you may need. Please complete this section with all applicable information, to ensure that we may properly plan. You are also welcome to verify with the University Partnerships staff, University.Partnerships@ORAU.org, that your request was received.

Will I receive a registration confirmation?

After your registration is submitted, you will see a screen that confirms your registration was submitted. In addition, the registrant will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to review your registration information and a direct link to the webpage for ‘meeting location, hotel and area information’.

How many representatives may an ORAU Member institution send to the March 6 – 8 meeting?

Currently, there is no limit to the number of attendees from each ORAU member institution

What is the registration cost for the meeting itself?

There is no attendance fee to attend any part of the Annual Meeting.

Where can I find information for hotel rooms and other travel information?

We've included hotel, transportation, area information and additional meeting location information under the travel tab. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
