You can register online or you can obtain registration forms from the Course Catalog, by contacting the Registrar, or by downloading the registration form. (You will need the free Adobe Reader in order to view and print this form. If you don’t have Adobe Reader, you can download it from the Adobe website).
If you wish to pay with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Discover only), you may do so by registering online or by downloading the credit card payment form and faxing or mailing it in. Note: the charge to the credit card will be made immediately.
Since this training takes place in a Department of Energy facility, certain security requirements must be met. Foreign nationals must be cleared before attending, a process that may take several weeks. If you are a foreign national, contact the Registrar for additional information.
One month prior to the course starting date, if that much advance time is available, you will receive written confirmation of your registration, as well as additional information regarding time, local lodging, and local transportation. You are responsible for your own lodging arrangements.
If a course is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified by phone or e-mail one month prior to the start of the course.
If you are unable to attend a course, please contact the Registrar as soon as possible. You have the option to send a replacement, or transfer to a future course.
