The Gamma People (1956)

Quoting a TV listing: "reporter and photographer stumble onto scientist in the Iron Curtain country using Gamma rays to create robot-like people." Quoting a movie review in the January 8, 1957 issue of the Algona Advance: "The Gamma People were those whose minds had been tampered with and the results varied from genius to idiots, the idiots serving as the tools of the mad doctor to keep the state under control. They were not the type of people you would like to meet on a dark night or any other time."
