Eon Type 7323 Peanut GM Tube (ca. 1960s)

This particular tube was manufactured by EON Corporation, probably in the 1960s. The serial number is A2299. Small GM tubes like this are relatively insensitive. As such they are used for high range measurements. This type of "peanut tube" was often used in military RADIAC instruments.

Size: ca. 2 1/4" long and 5/16" in diameter
