Radium Hands for Watches (1990s)
This is a packet of replacement radioluminescent watch hands—the radioactive component is Ra-226. What is a little surprising about this is that they were sold commercially in the 1990s, in this case by S. La Rose Inc., a distributor of watch parts. The company still sells "luminous" watch hands, but I don't know if they employ radium. Where the hands were manufactured is the biggest mystery of all.
This type of thing might have been purchased by anyone who would repair or make watches (e.g., jewelers, hobbyists).
