Touch-up Kit of Unknown Manufacture (ca. 1940s, 1950s)

Unfortunately, there is nothing on the burgundy leatherette case (ca. 3" x 3 1/4") or the instruction sheet that identifies the manufacturer of this attractive little touch-up kit. It seems that the case once had a paper label that is now missing.

If this kit is not complete, it is close to it. It has a glass "peg" (rather than a brush) for painting the dials, a porcelain mixing dish (with a little residual radioactivity), a small vial containing radioluminescent powder (radium and ZnS), and two bottles. One of the latter contains an adhesive and the other, almost empty, might have been the "bottle of white liquid" referred to in the instructions.
