ORAU Diversity Council presents Veterans Appreciation Day on Tuesday, Nov. 14

On Tuesday, Nov. 14, ORAU will present an appreciation ceremony for veterans in every branch of the United States military. This annual ceremony is the largest event put on by ORAU’s Diversity Council. Veterans within ORAU—as well as community members in attendance—will be recognized for their service. The Anderson County High School Naval JROTC Color Guard will present colors. John Becker, WBIR-TV Channel 10 anchor and host of “Service & Sacrifice,” will give the keynote address. 

The public is invited to recognize and celebrate men and women who have served our country in the armed forces. The event is free to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
