Congratulations to ORAU's Chief Financial and Business Operations Officer Phil Andrews, who received a Muddy Boot Award during the East Tennessee Economic Council's Annual Meeting, 50th Anniversary & Awards Celebration. The award recognizes an individual for significant and long-term contributions to the East Tennessee area with respect to the federal government programs and its spin-offs by leveraging the federal presence to create private sector jobs along with substantial community service to the area.
