Resource Review: Overview of Supervisor's ES&H Responsibilities (EHS 0042)

This online training was developed for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL) supervisors to recognize and fulfill their environment health and safety (EHS) role responsibilities. In completion of the training, the supervisor is expected to be able to:
  • Identify their EHS responsibilities
  • Identify their role in regards to the work planning and control process
  • Identify types of injuries that occur at LBNL and methods to help prevent injuries
  • Identify actions to take in response to reports of worker discomfort and worker injury
  • Provide basic emergency response information to staff to they are aware of what to do in the event of an emergency
