Take a look inside: ORAU’s Hybrid Classroom

ORAU’s Classroom is a very busy place in the summertime. That’s because ORAU and ORISE open the doors to dozens of students and teachers from around East Tennessee who register for enrichment and extra learning opportunities. Because university is in our name (Oak Ridge Associated Universities), many people assume we are a school. While we do partner with more than 150 universities, we are not a school. Even so, we care greatly about education. As a government contractor, we are on a mission to inspire the pursuit of STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) disciplines to ensure the United States remains competitive on the world stage.

Want to see one of our assets that helps us focus on this mission? It’s our Hybrid Classroom. What’s so special about a classroom? Watch this video to take a tour and see the capabilities in action.

These events are free, but registration is required. To learn more about what we offer, visit K-12 STEM Education Programs | ORAU and K-12 STEM Education Programs - ORISE (orau.gov).
